Tonight a few of us are heading out to Providores on Marylebone High Street. It is a highly praised New Zealand restaurant. Been looking at the menu and I will be having the Steamed English asparagus with a deep-fried egg, Teruel jamon, fried shallot rings and Banyuls vinegar dressing for my starter.
Followed closely by the Roast New Zealand venison loin on Jerusalem artichokes, spiced quince, buttered spinach and hazelnut mole sauce.
Sounds delicious ! Can't wait.
